Imperial Graduate Biotech Network
MISSION
The Imperial Graduate Biotech Network (GradBio) was formed in 2022 to provide a platform for graduates at Imperial College London to connect across University departments and with industry professionals. Through the events we run, we are building a community for individuals to expand their network, build bridges with industry and launch their careers.
Network Initiatives
We provide value to our members through several initiatives that promote networking, collaboration and career progression.
Networking events with industry professionals to provide members with the opportunity to connect with people working in the biotech industry.

Career fairs to connect graduate researchers with potential employers and provide information about career opportunities in the biotech industry.

Academic events where graduate researchers can present their research to members from diverse sectors

Member off-sites: day visits to sites of academic and industrial interest.

Launching Points as a platform of resources for those interested in commercialising their research, as well as a meet & match point for potential co-founders.
Social value for our members
In addition to academic and career-focused initiatives, we also plan to organise social events to provide opportunities for our members to connect with each other and with industry professionals in a more informal setting
Drinks evenings across Imperial campuses to provide a relaxed setting for graduates to connect with industry professionals
Collaborative networking events with other societies or organisations to provide opportunities to connect with people outside of Imperial College London
